For the Love of Chaff

It all began with a small coffee bar called Press. We opened Press in 2011 to showcase exceptional coffee roasters from around the world. Before long we purchased a small batch roaster and began experimenting with the potential of green coffee seeds. In 2015 we upgraded to a 12 Kilo Probat - a dream come true.

Every day we strive to expand our knowledge and improve our technique highlighting each coffee’s sweetness and unique origin characteristics.

2. Promote origin characteristics and sweetness through roast development.
