What type of coffee do you roast?

All coffees are seasonal and will change frequently. We strongly suggest serving/selling coffee within 2 weeks of the roast date, which is printed on the bags.

Our coffee is roasted with care in small batches in Dayton, Ohio. 

How often do you roast? When are coffees shipped?

We are still a small roasting company. Roasting is done on a Monday or Tuesday. Wholesale orders must be placed by 9:30a on Monday to get shipped that week. Web store orders are shipped throughout the week as our stock can support.

How is the coffee packaged?

All coffees are sold as 12oz (340g), sealed degassing valve bags.
